The news that Ernest Borgnine died came today and yes an amazing charater actor died . But he was more than just a character actor; he was Ethel Merman's ex-husband. For one scary month that man was Mr. Ethel Merman! A Hollywood match made on someone's acid trip; or was it real? What pray tell makes a straight man want to marry Ethel Merman?
